Abstract Submission Guidelines

Lecturers are invited to submit abstracts for oral presentations at the 3th Baltic Heart Failure Meeting. Abstract submission deadline is August 15, 2012.

Compulsory elements

• Abstract is submitted in English only.
• Abstract title.
• All authors including presenting author (name, surname, affiliation). Please provide us with the corresponding author's contact information!
• The abstract has to include following subsections: aim (background), methods, results and conclusions.
• The text should not include the titles of the subsections and indentations. Please try to avoid the use of special characters and Greek letters as they may be lost during abstract submission. The length of the abstract should not be more than 4000 characters (including spaces).
• Please save the text to a file which is properly named (without special characters) and attach this file to your e-mail. Do not send your abstract as an open text in the mail body.

How to sumbit your abstract

Please send them to Dr Tiina Uuetoa, the head of BHFM organising committee: tiina.uuetoa@itk.ee. You will receive a response that your abstract file has arrived.
Abstracts can only be sent via e-mail. Airmailed or faxed abstracts will not be accepted.
